I began my personal training career in Toronto in the summer of 2018, and have loved this job ever since! I specialize in helping women achieve their optimal possible level of fitness - which includes a holistic approach focusing first on improving posture, balance, flexibility, and movement patterns, and then transitioning towards muscular strength & endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness.
My expectation of all of my clients is to fully commit to and trust the process of training, and to not sell themselves short when it comes to setting ambitious goals and persevering in the face of obstacles. As a trainer, it is my responsibility to ensure that you have the most seamless and customized fitness training experience possible - from email summaries of your sessions, to an exercises manual, a behavioral change plan, a periodized fitness program, a maintenance plan, and more, my clients have all the support they need to succeed at their goals.

I struggled a lot with recognizing my limits and abilities when going to the gym. I suffer from an autoimmune disorder and following fitness bloggers or generalized routines would often aggravate my arthritis or cause my illness to flare. Monica helped me recognize how to hold proper form and recognize which muscles should or should not be impacted with every movement I made. She was incredibly understanding of my condition and the sessions were very educational. She helped me build a routine that would allow me to accomplish my goals while reducing strain on my joints while improving posture and movement. Monica was my first ever personal trainer and I couldn't wish for better one. She has lots of knowledge and teached how to do exercises in a right way. From now on I'll always remember that not quantity, but quality of each exercise matters the most. I fell in love with training and it became my daily routine.
